Installing this Windows application is simple enough so that even the most inexperienced computer user can manage. After installing and launching the program, the user will be presented with a large tabbed interface, which has all the features and options at his fingertips. As such, the first tab of Watership Planner allows setting up projects and tasks.

An unlimited number of projects can be added into the program's interface and each of them can contain as many tasks as the user needs. Besides that, each task can have an alarm associated with it, which can be triggered at any moment. In this way, the user will know when it's time to perform a certain task or when the project has its deadline.

Watership Planner can also help you set and organize all your tasks, including the recurring ones, like going to work or attending a meeting. For making it easier to view future tasks and meetings, Watership Planner includes a large calendar in its interface. By clicking on any day of the calendar, the user will be able to quickly see the list of tasks which are scheduled for that specific day. Moreover, by double clicking on any of the calendar days, one will be able to easily set up new appointments.

The last tab of the application allows viewing different charts regarding projects, tasks, meetings, appointments and so on, allowing the user to evaluate his productivity and efficiency. With a single mouse click, the user will be able to export all the data added to the program to Outlook.
